We're hiring across growth, engineering, and retail ops
Sales and marketing leadership are our most urgent openings right now — UONEX is live with 1,000+ stores and scaling fast, and the commercial engine needs to keep pace. Engineering, AI, product, and retail-ops roles are also open on a rolling basis.
Sales & Partnerships
Own the retailer and brand-partner motion. Close chains, malls, and brand programs. You've closed complex B2B deals before — ideally in retail tech, SaaS, or commerce platforms.
Marketing
Own the narrative, the category, and the demand engine. Performance, content, and brand across shopper and business audiences. Build the story that makes UONEX the obvious choice.
What to include when you write
- Which role area you're applying for, and why — specifically.
- Your CV or a link to prior work (GitHub, portfolio, past campaigns, closed-deal references, anything real).
- One paragraph on which UONEX problem drew you in — discovery quality, retailer growth, brand partnerships, trust infrastructure, something else.
- Where you are based, and whether you can work from Bangalore (most roles are Bangalore-present).
