Delete Your Account
Follow the steps below to permanently delete your UONEX account and all associated data.
This action is permanent
Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

How to delete your account

Open the UONEX app
Launch the UONEX app on your mobile device

Go to Profile
Navigate to Profile → Edit Profile

Tap "Delete Account"
Find and tap the Delete Account option

Select a reason
Choose why you're leaving (optional feedback)

Verify with OTP
Enter the verification code sent to your phone
Important to know
- •After requesting deletion, there is a grace period during which you can recover your account by simply logging back in.
- •If you log back in during the grace period, your deletion request will be automatically cancelled.
- •Once the grace period ends, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
